Susan Arnold is a native of Louisiana, also known as “Sportsman’s Paradise.” Her artistic talent was nurtured from the age of 12 with formal art lessons from international professionals, culminating in two Master’s degrees in the fine arts from Louisiana State University.
Her love of the outdoors was spawned by childhood fishing adventures, bird-watching, and weekends at her grandparents’ farm. Today international adventure-travel keeps her palette fresh and her artwork pure and natural.
She has been a professional artist since 1984. She specializes in sporting portraits, game & fish paintings, landscapes, and murals. Media include pastels, oils, acrylic, pen-and-ink, and watercolor.
Her artwork is displayed in public and private collections in the US, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, India, Australia, Israel, China, Japan, the Philippines, and Chile.
